A little about
our story
Hustle is the brainchild of Wade Burns and was established in 2019 in response to a growing interest in property investment for “ordinary people”.
Once perceived as an opportunity for the already wealthy, Wade could see how property investing could bring long term financial security to singles, couples and families.
To test his theory, he established OWN Coaching where he worked one on one with individuals to develop practical property investment strategies and plans.
He also started exploring affordable markets with significant potential and was one of the first in the industry to recognise the Gold Coast as a property investment hot spot. Putting his money where his mouth was, he invested in a number of “off the plan” Gold Coast properties and was impressed by the returns. Next step was informally helping family and friends climb the property investment ladder.
At this point it was time to spread the message and share his experience and knowledge through Hustle. Keeping it small and boutique, Hustle currently has around 120 successful property investors on their books and is looking forward to a bright future.

Meet face to face or via ZOOM to develop your personal investment plan

Work with your mentor to crunch the numbers for the best financial outcomes

Set your budget and financial goals
Step 5
To make sure you get the numbers and finances right, we can refer you to our Hustle Money consultants, mortgage brokers and accountants
Step 6
Let’s go investing – this is the fun bit, check out properties that match your plan
Step 7
See before you buy with an onsite or video inspection
Step 8
Once you’ve identified your perfect Gold Coast apartment or town house, we liaise with the developers on your behalf to get the best deal
Step 9
If you want to furnish your apartment, we can also introduce you to our fixed price Furniture Package consultant
Step 10
Once the deal is done, we are still on your team and will introduce you to our Property Management team who will advise on insurances, find you a tenant and manage your property at the special Hustle client rate. They will also provide you with regular income statements, details of inspections and general information re being a landlord!!
